Eraser 60

This neat model is derived from the very successful 1.2M/48" Eraser, of which we've sold several thousand.  Working with a well proven design, we upsized the smaller Eraser for the local slope racing series in Christchurch, NZ,  The new model performed very well in the hands of Jonathan Wilson and Rob Condliffe, Jonathan winning the last round and placing well in the series.
We were so pleased with the flight performance of the larger Eraser, we decided to kit the model for everyone to enjoy.  Compared to the Eraser 48, this larger version is faster and smoother to fly, it holds energy well, yet can be flown slowly by a beginner.  Construction is the same as the Eraser 48, with the wing and fuselage from EPP, so  it can take the knocks!
Because this larger Eraser can handle lighter winds better than the smaller version, we're recommending it to beginners as an ideal choice to learn slope soaring with.  While it is more expensive than the Eraser 48, it has some distinct advantages;

• It's more versatile for handling different wind speeds - especially lighter winds,
• It has a slower roll rate, which makes it less sensitive and,
• It's easier to see in the sky due to it's size.
  

All the EPP components included in the kit are produced with a computer controlled dual axis cutting machine and finished by hand to ensure the quality of each part is correct and ready to assemble.
